Some fun news and an update on this blog.
For those of you who are loyal followers or even those who come by now and again, this blog has been mainly an advice-driven and inspiration oriented place. This won’t be changing but as I continue to grow as a person, as a writer, as an athlete, and as a yogi (lowercase “y”) I will be changing this blog to fit that reflection of myself. Otherwise, I won’t be true to the me that currently exists and that just seems wrong.
So first big change is my new weekly series, if you will, called What I Mean When I Say. These posts will pop out on Fridays and they will dive into the nitty-gritty of social perceptions and, well what I mean when I say certain phrases. Like “I can’t eat that” or “I can’t make it in today”. They will explore why we certain things, what really is other people’s business, and the boundaries we as individuals are allowed to set regarding our lives (the answer is any boundary we want).
I’m pretty excited about it and I hope you are too!
Change number two!
On Thursdays of each week, I will be releasing a yoga-focused article. This might be philosophy, physical, or motivational. Keep your eyes peeled for this because boy are there lots of ideas for this one! This article will also provide screenshots and a link to my most recent yoga upload on YouTube on WildNFree Yoga! It’ll also include a twitter link. So feel free to follow me on either of those platforms to get the most out of these articles.
Okie dokie! Piece number three!
This one isn’t so much of a change as it is just a reminder. Hopefully, hopefully, hopefully I will still be posting my normal blog advice and happiness reminders and such on Mondays and Wednesdays. This means you’ll be able to get more from Buzz the Bee, specific advice, and more philosophy on those days since some of the posts I really wanted (but couldn’t find a spot for) will have those days all set up.
So how’s that sound?
Complicated? Confusing? Absolutely awe-inspiring and awesome? Yeah, I think so too.
For now, have a splendid day and weekend. I’ll see you next week with a full schedule of super fun stuff!
